My Passion for Technology

Hello everyone! I'm Francesco Vito Giotta, a young man hailing from the province of Bari in Puglia, Italy. My passion for technology and computers has been with me since I was little, and my approach to it has always been pretty unique. I remember spending hours watching cartoons on YouTube, and by seven, I was already deep into video games. I even found a bug in "Pocket Ninja," a flash game, and exploited it to beat every level. At nine, smartphone games hooked me, and I immediately started scouring the internet for APKs with "unlimited money" or "unlocked levels" because I wasn't keen on rooting my phone.

A little hacker is born...

My fascination with computers, particularly those running Windows, began early: around age of 11. I quickly embraced my inner geek, often installing and reinstalling Windows 7 from a USB stick. The thrill came from hunting down product keys online and bypassing the activation process, a challenge I also tackled with Microsoft Office. Those years also sparked my love for video games. I vividly remember discovering titles like Serious Sam, thanks to the YouTuber "Zeb89," and downloading them via torrent from The Pirate Bay. This era also introduced me to the world of Bitcoin. I dove deep into studying mining farms and even attempted to mine with an old PC... fond memories of a time when the digital frontier felt boundless. Then when I was thirteen, I stumbled upon Kali Linux and Linux Distros in general, which really ignited my interest in writing Python scripts for what I'd call "micro-hacking."

Kali Linux: The Leap

Data Retrieval via Link: I successfully found someone's data by sending a link to their smartphone, which let me grab their user-agent, snap photos with the front camera, and even listen in using their microphone.
Dark Web Exploration: I dove headfirst into the dark web, exploring all its nooks and crannies... I even visited the "Vice Society" website, where I found a ton of illegally obtained data.
UFONet Botnet Utilization: Another milestone was using UFONet, the only public botnet for DDoS attacks.
OSINT Investigations: I've also been able to find personal data through OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence).
Multinational .env File Discovery: Lastly, I've successfully located .env files from various multinational corporations online using GHDB (Google Hacking Database).

Family Tree Project

My immersion in the OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) field unexpectedly ignited a profound passion for genealogical research. What began as a tangential interest quickly evolved into a dedicated pursuit, yielding remarkably successful outcomes in the construction of my own family tree. This journey was particularly intensive throughout 2023, from January to December, during which I meticulously built out my lineage. The primary tool in this endeavor was FamilySearch, an invaluable resource that allowed me to delve deep into historical records, census data, vital statistics, and user-contributed information. I found immense satisfaction in piecing together fragmented histories, verifying connections, and uncovering previously unknown ancestors. The process wasn't just about names and dates; it was about understanding the migratory patterns, social contexts, and personal stories that shaped my family's past. This hands-on experience not only enhanced my OSINT methodologies through practical application but also provided a deeply personal and rewarding achievement.

Trading and Investing Journey

Beginning in April 2024, I embarked on a new learning journey into the world of finance, spurred on by suggestions from family members. I pursued my studies independently on YouTube, primarily learning from channels like Mr. RIP and Paolo Coletti. True to my "nerd" nature, I also experimented with trading. While the practical application of trading doesn't fully capture my interest, I'm captivated by its technical aspects. This includes exploring and implementing various algorithms and leveraging tools like TensorFlow for AI trading

Content Creation...

Since April 2025, I've been creating and publishing technology-focused videos on YouTube, aiming to help others. My on-camera delivery could use some work; I admit my vocabulary isn't always polished in videos because I get a bit shy. However, the sheer joy I feel when creating content outweighs any embarrassment, and that's what truly matters to me.
